Memoirs by P Hoff
Emil Kraepelin (15 February 1856-7 October 1926) left behind memories that have not yet been published. Kraepelin's employees and colleagues from the last years before his death and family members are angry about the life story. However, since they were not sure whether these memories should be made available to a larger audience, the memoirs have remained unpublished until now. At a commemoration ceremony in Munich (1976) to mark the 50th anniversary of the death of Emil Kraepelin, Kraepelin's descendants who were present at this celebration agreed to the editors' proposal to publish the memoirs. As a result, more is only now becoming known about the life of a man whose work has had a decisive and lasting influence on psychiatry as a whole since the end of the last century. If you read the memoirs, you will admit to yourself that you are basically not very angry about the personality and life of this great psychologist. So far, there is still a lack of a broad-based and comprehensive scientific biography of Kraepelin. This gap is by no means closed by the publication of the memoirs. But perhaps the publication of these memoirs will inspire a biography that will be able to shed the right light on Kraepelin's personality, life and scientific work.| ISBN 13 | 9783662008485 |

"Kindle Unlimited kept raising prices. This is a one-time purchase and the file is permanently on my iPad. Best decision I've made for my reading habit."
"I compared Kindle vs this store. Kindle is cheaper monthly but you don't own anything. Here I paid once and the PDF is mine for life. Highly recommend."
"Left Kindle behind after they removed a book I was reading mid-series. With this PDF, nobody can take it away from me. True ownership feels good."
"Was skeptical about paying $18.95 when Kindle shows $3.99, but then I did the math โ Kindle Unlimited is $143/year! This is way better value long term."
"Love that I can read this on any device without installing the Kindle app. The PDF works on my laptop, phone, and tablet seamlessly. So much freedom."
"My Kindle subscription was getting expensive. Switched to buying PDFs here and I'm saving money while actually building a permanent digital library I control."
