Interdisciplinary Oncology by B Kremer
Following the 5th day of therapy of the Department of Theoretical and Clinical Medicine at the Ruhr University in Bochum, I chose the main topic of interdisciplinary oncology using the example of gastric siblings. In the case of gastric carcinomas in particular, the importance of interdisciplinary oncology is so obvious that it can be assumed that everyone is interested in this field. The intensification of contact between family doctors, gastroenterologists, pathologists, surgeons, radiologists and chemotherapists must first and foremost be promoted in the interests of the patient. The aim should be to enable treatment to be as close to the family as possible, which often extends over a long period of time. Gastric carcinoma is probably still one of the malignomes for which the treatment results are least satisfactory. To date, the cure for localized gastric carcinoma is only possible by surgery, while cytostatic therapy is still in development. The results of the successful operation are also only possible through increased breast surgery, reduction of surgical mortality, intraoperative metastasis prophylaxis and additional chemotherapy. In this context, special attention should be drawn to the importance of the first consulted family doctor in the identification of the family and the education of the population. Thus, in connection with an intensification of interdisciplinary cooperation, we will be able to better recognize the symptoms of stomach cancer in the run-up to the disease in the near future, so that we do not experience again and again what Theodor Storm expressed in the following poem as a sufferer: VI Foreword Beginning of the End It is only one point, hardly a pain, Only a feeling, just felt; And yet it always speaks to it, And yet it disturbs you to live.| ISBN 13 | 9783642689826 |

"I compared Kindle vs this store. Kindle is cheaper monthly but you don't own anything. Here I paid once and the PDF is mine for life. Highly recommend."
"Left Kindle behind after they removed a book I was reading mid-series. With this PDF, nobody can take it away from me. True ownership feels good."
"Was skeptical about paying $18.95 when Kindle shows $3.99, but then I did the math โ Kindle Unlimited is $143/year! This is way better value long term."

"My Kindle subscription was getting expensive. Switched to buying PDFs here and I'm saving money while actually building a permanent digital library I control."
