Injuries and diseases of the shoulder joint by Herbert Resch
In German-speaking countries, it was relatively late that people began to deal with injuries and diseases of the shoulder joint in more detail. There is therefore a certain need to catch up with other large joints. Since the symptoms of the shoulder joint rarely occur at the site of the lesion, but usually radiate to other regions, diagnosis is particularly difficult. Until a few years ago, a wide variety of shoulder pain conditions were therefore subsumed under less meaningful umbrella terms such as periarthropathia humeroscapularis, or shoulder contusion after recent trauma. Through intensive examination of this joint, but above all with the help of the technical possibilities of recent years, such as sonography, computed tomography, arthroscopy and, in some cases, magnetic resonance imaging, these terms could be sparked and broken down into many individual clinical pictures. Particularly noteworthy in this context are the diseases and injuries in the subacromial space with the rotator cuff. Based on these new diagnostic possibilities, already known therapeutic procedures could be used in a more targeted manner, and the development of new surgical methods could also be made possible. At the University Clinic for Trauma Surgery Innsbruck, the diagnosis and therapy of the shoulder joint has been very intensively involved for about 5 years now. It was therefore obvious to invite the most competent experts in the field of shoulder surgery from Germany and abroad, as well as from overseas, to a symposium in Innsbruck. As part of this event, which will take place on 9 and 10 September.| ISBN 13 | 9783540515340 |

"Switched from Kindle to these PDFs. Same book, but I actually OWN it now. No monthly fees, no app required. Worth every penny."
"Kindle Unlimited kept raising prices. This is a one-time purchase and the file is permanently on my iPad. Best decision I've made for my reading habit."
"I compared Kindle vs this store. Kindle is cheaper monthly but you don't own anything. Here I paid once and the PDF is mine for life. Highly recommend."
"Left Kindle behind after they removed a book I was reading mid-series. With this PDF, nobody can take it away from me. True ownership feels good."
"Was skeptical about paying $18.95 when Kindle shows $3.99, but then I did the math β Kindle Unlimited is $143/year! This is way better value long term."
"Love that I can read this on any device without installing the Kindle app. The PDF works on my laptop, phone, and tablet seamlessly. So much freedom."
"My Kindle subscription was getting expensive. Switched to buying PDFs here and I'm saving money while actually building a permanent digital library I control."
