General Constitutional Theory by Otto Naegeli
The guiding principle for this book is the thought that human constitutional theory can only be correctly presented in the most intimate connection with the experience of constitutions in the field of natural sciences as a whole. For this reason, the greatest amount of space has been given to a detailed scientific approach to all the problems raised here. I feel it painfully, because medicine is far too far away, and it seems to me more and more, from botany and zoology, and believes that it can go its own way. In contrast to earlier decades, the physician today is very little interested in the ideas of the natural sciences about constitutions and new origins in nature. This separation cannot be good and must immediately lead to great errors in the consideration of human constitutions. This can be proven by numerous examples in the medical works of recent times. But the natural sciences also care very little about the rich factual material which comes from medical observations, and which in part contains brilliant documents, because the analysis of human constitutions can in some respects be carried out much more finely and extensively than the examination in the natural sciences. The high level of medical examination methodology and the much greater differentiation of the species homo sapiens explains this.| ISBN 13 | 9783662278987 |
