Bones and Joints by Michel Runge
Endoscopy has replaced many examinations with barium; such traditional, deeply rooted X-ray examinations as cholecystography have been largely eliminated by echography; computed tomography dominates the examination of the retroperitoneal space; for the representation of the Riickenmark, kerspin tomography is already pushing myelography into the background; however, conventional X-ray of bones and joints has retained its position in diagnostics compared to the new imaging methods. Even today, the native recording of bones remains the simplest, fastest, cheapest and often most precise technique. Although computed tomography often replaces slice imaging at present, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging remain additional examinations in this area, from which one expects additional information after the analysis of the native images. The interpretation of the so-called standard recordings is often difficult. Anatomical variants, degenerative or traumatic, tumorous or infectious changes can occur in isolation or in combination, making it often very difficult for radiologists to make the correct diagnosis. The exercise book that Michel Runge has dedicated to the radiology of bones and joints is therefore very up-to-date. In the style of this excellent series, which is led by Professor A. Wackenheim, Michel Runge has designed and designed this book like a kind of quiz. It is intended to entertain and expand knowledge at the same time; the reader-player will surely appreciate it. J. F. "I was paying $11.99/month for Kindle Unlimited but realized I was renting books, not owning them. Bought this PDF and it's mine forever. Never going back to Kindle."
"Switched from Kindle to these PDFs. Same book, but I actually OWN it now. No monthly fees, no app required. Worth every penny."
"Kindle Unlimited kept raising prices. This is a one-time purchase and the file is permanently on my iPad. Best decision I've made for my reading habit."
"I compared Kindle vs this store. Kindle is cheaper monthly but you don't own anything. Here I paid once and the PDF is mine for life. Highly recommend."
"Left Kindle behind after they removed a book I was reading mid-series. With this PDF, nobody can take it away from me. True ownership feels good."
"Was skeptical about paying $18.95 when Kindle shows $3.99, but then I did the math β Kindle Unlimited is $143/year! This is way better value long term."
"Love that I can read this on any device without installing the Kindle app. The PDF works on my laptop, phone, and tablet seamlessly. So much freedom."
"My Kindle subscription was getting expensive. Switched to buying PDFs here and I'm saving money while actually building a permanent digital library I control."
